To promote excellent traditional Chinese culture, enrich the spiritual and cultural life, and create a warm and harmonious atmosphere, on the occasion of the Lantern Festival in the Year of the Horse of the lunar calendar, the Trade Union of the International Poverty Reduction Center in China in collaboration with the catering team of the Taiyanggong office area, jointly held a Lantern Festival themed activity. Officials and staff from all units in the office area gathered together to celebrate the festival.

The event venue was warm and lively. Round and plump glutinous rice dumplings (tangyuan) took shape quickly in everyone's hands. As they chatted about reunion and friendship, the activity showcased the harmonious and inclusive atmosphere of the office community. During the activity, we delivered steaming tangyuan to front-line staff such as cleaners and security guards in the office area, extending festive greetings and blessings, and ensuring that care from the festival reached the grassroots and warmed the hearts of the people.

This simple and pragmatic event not only carried forward traditional festival customs but also deepened collaborative efforts, strengthening the sense of belonging and cohesion among officials and staff. Everyone expressed that, at the outset of the 15th Five-Year Plan period, they would approach their work with more dedication, stay committed to their respective duties, and unite their efforts to contribute to the high-quality development of the “Three Rural Issues” (agriculture, rural areas, and farmers) cause.
