On December 11, 2025, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Indonesia Country Office and the Coordinating Ministry for Infrastructure and Regional Development of the Government of Indonesia jointly held a thematic seminar titled "Generating sustainable and inclusive growth by transforming rural development: promoting area-based development to deliver impact at scale." Mr. Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development of Indonesia, Ms. Sara Ferrer Olivella, UNDP Resident Representative in Indonesia and other delegates delivered opening remarks. The seminar featured in-depth discussions on topics such as rural revitalization, resource value-added enhancement, digital empowerment aimed at scaling up impact for rural communities.

Ms. Li Xin, Deputy Director General of IPRCC, was invited to attend the seminar online and delivered a speech during the thematic discussion session on "International experiences with national reflections." She provided a systematic introduction to the policy framework and practical pathways for China's targeted poverty alleviation, the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements and the rural revitalization.

Personnel from foreign affairs division of IPRCC also attended the seminar.
