On the occasion of the 115th International Women's Day, the International Poverty Reduction Center in China (IPRCC) organized a themed event titled "Conveying Women's Boundless Love with Book Fragrance, Highlighting Female Elegance through Creative Handicrafts."

To support the construction of the rural library in Nanmeng Village, Leishan County, Guizhou Province, where IPRCC's staff is stationed, and to enhance the health awareness and self-care abilities of local female villagers, IPRCC initiated a book donation drive before International Women's Day. Cadres and staff of IPRCC responded enthusiastically to the call and donated their cherished books. On the morning of March 7th, IPRCC and Nanmeng Village conducted a video conference for the book donation ceremony, jointly witnessing this heartwarming moment and engaging in lively and harmonious discussions on women's health, parent-child nurturing, and rural women's participation in economic activities. This book donation drive not only provided strong support for the cultural development of the rural library in Nanmeng Village but also empowered and inspired women to actively participate in the great practice of rural revitalization.

On the afternoon of March 7th, IPRCC organized a unique creative craft activity. The female staff crafted special Women's Day gifts for themselves, further stimulating innovative thinking, enhancing team collaboration skills, and fully demonstrating the unique charm of women.
