This year marks the 20th anniversary of the founding of the International Poverty Reduction Center in China (IPRCC). In order to comprehensively review its development history and collect touching stories, and to galvanize efforts for international poverty reduction and development, IPRCC hereby solicits articles themed “These 20 Years - My Story with IPRCC”.

The activity starts as from today to April 30, 2025.

All those who have been working and had worked with IPRCC, participants of international poverty reduction seminars, experts, and other domestic and foreign friends are welcome to contribute and share!

The articles could center around experiences of engaging in international poverty reduction and development exchanges and cooperation, or focus on a small story that you have personally experienced. The articles should be positive and uplifting, and shall not involve any content that violates the law, public orders or morals. 

Some other things for your information:

1.The genre is not limited (narrative, prose, poetry, etc.), with a word count of not less than 500 words (except poetry).

2.The articles could be written in Chinese or English.

3.The articles must be original. Copying or plagiarism is forbidden.

4.Please submit the article to wangshuo@iprcc.org.cn (online submissions only), naming the subject of the email as “Author’s Name+These 20 Years - My Story with IPRCC”, and the file should be in word format.

5.Please indicate the author’s name, contact information and organization in the email.

IPRCC will publish selected articles on its official website, WeChat Official Account or other platforms.

Contributors are required to ensure the originality of their works. Any copyright disputes caused by plagiarism or other behaviors shall be borne by the contributors themselves. The organizer has the right to edit, publish and publicize the articles without additional payment. All contributors who have submitted articles are deemed to agree to and abide by the above regulations.
