On November 20-22, 2024, an inspection team from the International Poverty Reduction Center in China (IPRCC) and the Academy of Contemporary China and World Studies visited Longan County and Tiandong County in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for the project of assessing the effectiveness of global communication in poverty reduction.

On the morning of November 22, 2024, Ms. Li Xin, Deputy Director General of IPRCC held a talk with members of the inspection team, relevant experts, leading officials and frontline workers from local government on how to improve the capacity for telling China’s story of poverty reduction and rural revitalization well.

Officials from the foreign affairs division of IPRCC participated in the inspection tour and the meeting.
