On the morning of June 28, 2024, Mr. Liu Junwen, Director General of the International Poverty Reduction Centre in China (IPRCC), met with the Global Poverty Reduction and International Cooperation Practice Team from the School of Humanities of Tsinghua University.

Mr. Liu Junwen introduced the great achievements and experiences of China's poverty alleviation efforts and had an in-depth exchange and discussion on the international dissemination of poverty reduction experiences. Dong Xinyue, the student representative of the Practice Team expressed the gratitude to IPRCC for its warm reception and said that the discussion has further deepened the students' understanding of China's targeted poverty alleviation and eradication work, and has laid the foundation for the further international cooperation and exchanges on poverty reduction

Relevant personnel from the Research Division and Foreign Affairs Division of IPRCC attended the meeting.
