On September 27, 2023, the Seminar on Standardization and Social Security for Djibouti, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and hosted by the International Poverty Reduction Center in China (IPRCC), was closed in Beijing. Ms. Li Xin, Deputy Director General of IPRCC attended the closing ceremony and delivered a speech.  Mr. ADEN OMAR ELEYEH, Advisor to the Minister of Social Affairs and Solidarity of Djibouti, made a speech on behalf of the participants of the seminar. Finally, Ms. Li Xin  issued  certificates to the participants of the seminar.

The seminar was held in Beijing from September 7 to 27, 2023 and attended by 21 participants from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Solidarity, Women's Federation, Ministry of Education and other related departments in Djibouti.

During the seminar, the participants went on a field visit to Nanning City, Baise City and Chongzuo City in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
