Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources issued a Notice on Strengthening the Supervision of Temporary Land Use, proposing new regulations to address this issue, clarifying the need to achieve the storage of temporary land maps, accelerate the supplementary recording of existing temporary land information, and strengthen the supervision and management of temporary land use. The Notice requires that temporary land on agricultural or unused land should be fully stored in accordance with the temporary land map. Within 20 working days after the temporary land use is approved in accordance with the law, cities and counties shall use the system to store the temporary land use information in the image above.
