The State Council Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism Working Group on Epidemic Prevention and Control in Rural Areas issued a Notice on Strengthening Research and Supervision of Epidemic Prevention and Control in Rural Areas, proposing eight reference lists for research and supervision in counties (cities), towns (streets) and villages. The Notice emphasizes that the county level focuses on arrangement and deployment, control of demand, timely deployment, comprehensive organization and arrangement to ensure that rural patients have medicine and medical treatment. Five departments carry out the pilot project of cultural industry empowering rural revitalization. The General Office of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the General Office of the Ministry of Education, the General Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Comprehensive Department of the National Rural Revitalization Bureau issued the Notice on Conducting Cultural Industry-Empowered Rural Revitalization Pilot, jointly carrying out cultural industry-empowered rural revitalization pilot work and formulating the Cultural Industry-Empowered Rural Revitalization Pilot Work Program. According to the program, the pilot period is from 2022 to 2025, during which two batches of pilot counties will be selected, with a three-year pilot cycle for each batch. The central government issues CNY 12.5 billion of premium subsidies for agricultural insurance to help revitalize the countryside. Recently, the Ministry of Finance issued the second central financial subsidy budget for agricultural insurance premiums in 2022. The amount of premium subsidies issued this time amounts to CNY 12.5 billion. Up to now, the central government has issued 30.9 billion yuan of premium subsidies for 2022 to all localities and central units, including the characteristic award amounting to CNY 5.9 billion. Data from the China Banking Regulatory Commission shows that up to now, Chinese agricultural insurance coverage for major crops has reached 2.1 billion mu, accounting for about 84% of sown area of the country, with more than 210 crop species covered, covering major grain crops and bulk agricultural products such as sugar, oil seeds and pigs, providing an important guarantee to serve national food security and rural revitalization strategy.

Guangxi ecological immigrant labor force training base is inaugurated to build a platform to promote income generation.
