On November 25, 2022, the 2022 GDLN Asia Pacific Regional Meeting was successfully held in the form of online meeting. The event was hosted by the Distance Learning Centre of Sri Lanka, and more than 20 representatives from 10 countries including China, India, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Australia, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh participated the meeting. Zhang Huidong, Deputy Director General of IPRCC, attended the meeting, exchanged and shared China's achievements and experience in poverty reduction and rural development with delegates, and introduced the international cooperation projects and the main work of IPRCC in 2022.

This meeting reviewed and summarized the work of 2022 GDLN Global Board Meeting and the Asia Pacific region in 2022. Representatives of various countries exchanged the best typical practices of the programs, cases and experiences in the field of knowledge sharing, discussed the collaborations among in-county networks, and put forward constructive suggestions on future sustainable development of GDLN network.
