Dr. Sun Zhonghe, President of Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), MOFCOM, visited IPRCC with his team on November 16, 2022. Commissioner Li Yue of the National Rural Revitalization Administration (NRRA), Dr. Zhang Huidong, Deputy Director General of the International Poverty Reduction Center in China (IPRCC) and officials from International Cooperation Division of the General Affairs Department of NRRA and Training Division of IPRCC attended.

Commissioner Li Yue warmly welcomed the AIBO team and introduced the general mission and key task of the International Cooperation of NARR. Dr. Zhang Huidong introduced the institutional framework, key task and the cooperation on China Aid training programs of the two sides. President Sun Zhonghe expressed his gratitude for the attention and support from NRRA to the international poverty reduction training work, and highly praised IPRCC’s effort on serving diplomatic work and telling China’s stories. The two sides then held in-depth discussions on planning training work, disseminating the seminar output, improving the contact with the participants and summarizing the online training experience of the next year.

The AIBO team also visited the training area and facilities of IPRCC.
