The Seminar on Rural Development for Developing Countries, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and organized by the International Poverty Reduction Center in China (IPRCC) was successfully completed on August 8, 2022. Dr. Zhang Huidong, Deputy Director General of IPRCC, attended and addressed the closing ceremony. Mr. AING POVMANICH, Deputy Director of Ministry of Rural Development in Cambodia, delivered a speech on behalf of all the participants.

Mr. AING POVMANICH said that the seminar shared the valuable knowledge and experiences on China’s strategies and models for economic and social development, and introduced the basic concepts of China’s rural development. He looked forward to working closely with IPRCC to jointly promote the international poverty reduction process.

Finally, Dr. Zhang Huidong issued electronic certificates to the participants of the seminar.
