The closing ceremony of the Seminar on Rural Development Plan and Poverty Reduction for Thailand was held on December 30, 2021 in Beijing. The seminar was sponsored by China’s Ministry of Commerce and organized by the International Poverty Reduction Center in China (IPRCC).  Ms. Werada Thipcharoon , Officer of Agricultural Land Reform Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives of Thailand delivered a speech on behalf of all the participants.

The theme of the seminar is "Agricultural Growth, Rural Development and Sustainable Poverty Reduction", which was divided into three parts: thematic lectures, country speech and video-based field visit. The seminar was conducted by online live broadcast and video recording for 10 days. It not only showcased China's rural development and poverty reduction policies, measures and experience, but also shared Thailand's strategic deployment and implementation mode of sustainable agricultural development and poverty reduction.

Finally, IPRCC issued electronic certificates to all participants of the seminar.
