On June 29, 2021, International Poverty Reduction Center in China (IPRCC) made announcements inviting the bidding for consultation service of Final Evaluation of  Cooperative Management Effectiveness for a WB project POVERTY ALLEVIATION AND AGRICULTURE-BASED INDUSTRY PILOT AND DEMONSTRATION IN POOR AREAS PROJECT.

4 applications have been submitted to IPRCC. IPRCC then organized an expert panel meeting to evaluate the applications July 20, 2021.

Based the comprehensive evaluation, the panel recommended IPRCC to award the contract to Beijing Green Mind Agricultural Consulting LTD.
