In order to increase internal communication, raise staff ability and promote the construction of learning institution, from 2014, IPRCC will hold a lecture on study exchange on a monthly basis.

On the morning of February 17, 2014, IPRCC hosted the 1st Lecture on Study Exchange in 2014. The lecture was chaired by Director General Zuo Changsheng, and participated by IPRCC leadership, including He Xiaojun, Tan Weiping and Wang Shu as well as other staff.

Zhang Xiaoying from Research Division made an introduction to the study on the social responsibilities of Chinese-funded enterprises in Tanzania jointly carried out by IPRCC and Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) and answered all the questions. In addition, advices and suggestions on how to further improve the research report were put forward.
