24 September, 2013 --- In order to strengthen capacity building among its staff members and enrich their knowledge, IPRCC held the 3rd Staff Training Seminar in 2013. Secretary General Ma Mingqiang of ASEAN-China Center was invited to speak on the China-ASEAN relations and China’s diplomatic policy toward its neighboring countries, and interacted with the participants.

IPRCC Deputy Director General Huang Chengwei and He Xiaojun, together with more than 20 executives of IPRCC and the relevant personnel from the foreign capital project management center, attended the seminar. Deputy Director General He Xiaojun presided over the event.
