30 September, 2013 --- LGOP Deputy Director Zheng Wenkai, together with Director Si Shujie and Deputy Director Qu Tianjun of the Administration and Human Resource Department, participated in the flag raising ceremony at IPRCC.

Amid the powerful national anthem, the IPRCC flag was raised along with the bright-colored national flag of China. The relevant personnel from LGOP and IPRCC also attended the event.
