25 April, 2014 --- In order to enhance the capacity building of its staff and promote the construction of a learning institution, IPRCC hosted the 2nd Lecture on Study Exchange in 2014, which was attended by Director General Zuo Changsheng, Deputy Director General He Xiaojun and other staff members.

Zhou Liang from the Exchange Division made an introduction to what she had learnt from the “Seminar on Knowledge Communication Skills” hosted by the World Bank Institute and Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), MOFCOM and exchanged views with others. With the theme of “enhancing IPRCC’s ability in South-South Cooperation”, the participants were divided into four groups to practice the crucial links in the “five-step model” of knowledge exchange.
