23 October, 2013 --- At the invitation of IPRCC, a Colombian delegation headed by Director Telles of the Department of Family and Community Management Development of the National Agency for Eliminating Extreme Poverty has visited China to attend this year’s “Global Poverty Reduction and Development Forum”. During the stay in China, the delegation paid a visit to the Ministry of Agriculture to learn about the role of township and village enterprises in China’s rural development and the ecological conservation in rural areas. It is the fourth consecutive year that Colombia has sent a delegation to attend the forum hosted by IPRCC since the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on Poverty Reduction Cooperation between the two sides in 2010.
